The lobby is beautiful and the service by all staff is the very best that you could hope for.
The staff was helpful and polite, the rooms were large and comfortable, the continental breakfast was nice.
The food at the pier was good and the service views again were exceptional, the staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Great restaurants and shops, nice hotel, the building is historic and cool. The lobby is beautiful and the service by all staff is the very best that you could hope for. The food is also good.

Excellent view of the lake and good theatre scene. Great place to stay, the lobby was nice and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, breakfasts were awesome.

Nice parks and within driving distance to a number of great restaurants. Beautiful location right on the lake and this hotel is lovely. The staff is extremely courteous.

The main bar is full of old pictures signed by celebreties, the food is mediocre.

Madison is a great town and a common area to hang out, free parking, and a kitchen to make drinks. I cannot recomend a better place to hold an event, restaurant are elegant.

Excellent views of lake mendota and exceptional Hotel. I ended up in Madison a bit by accident and found a good rate at the edgewater, staff were fine, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The service at the lakeside bar was great, food was awesome for the confernence.

The views from our room were amazing and we loved the older decor and the staff were super impressive. The service was polite and attentive, the TV was a pretty sweet 19 inch standard box set on the desk.
