Fantastic personal service!

We were initially booked at a nearby three-star hotel, but upon check-in, we were kindly redirected to Hotel Conti by the staff of Sorat Hotels. They explained that they couldn't guarantee a quiet room at the original hotel and wanted to ensure our comfort. We were incredibly grateful for this gesture and were even upgraded to a better room for the night.

Impeccable cleanliness, stunning wallpaper designs, and a staff that blew me away! Each encounter with the reception, whether in person or over the phone, left me feeling welcomed and assisted. The spacious and clean rooms created an open and comfortable atmosphere. Superb Wi-Fi, great location, private parking, and even a refund for an early check-out! Mind-blowing service!

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet area yet still close to the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, from the ironing facilities to the mini-bar. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as I had a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance. The hotel offered a range of facilities, including a lovely garden area and free Wi-Fi, which was a bonus for me. The 24-hour reception and security gave me peace of mind, and the bar and restaurant provided delicious meals and drinks.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

It is a city hotel. Nothing to go on vacation. But I went to the fair, the hotel was perfect, price performance was right.

Unfortunately, I had no shower, but only a bathtub with shower separation. The tub is very high, so it was uncomfortable to enter. Older guests would probably not even come in the tub.
