The location is great, and the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!

We were visiting to see Green Park, which was 15-minute walk from the property. Galleria is an easy walk to the hotel.

A good choice of extra supplies: TV, shower and a bed. Bed was comfy, great night sleep.

We recommend it to friends, attractive and competitive value for money. Spotlessly clean place accompanied by pleasant staff.

The hotel is a few steps away from Covent Garden and Tower Bridge. Favourable location with easy access to subway station.

We would absolutely stay here again, nothing to complain. The beds were comfy in our room.

The best hotel I have stayed in by far. The place is clean with beautiful gardens and the pool is just amazing!

We could see Parliament Square from our window. Giraffe is just walking distance from the hotel.
