We had the best room in the hotel with a 60sqm roof terrace, the view of the volcano was breathtaking. The suite was very spacious and very clean.

A nice clean, simple room with fantastic water pressure for the shower. Model spec room, couldn't ask more for a Guest House / BnB for the price.

I had an amazing time! Everybody there was amazing to meet and provided me everything I needed!

The hotel is in the heart of downtown, is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and come with a large TV, refrigerator and Keurig type of coffee maker.

I prepaid for room for 2 nights (September 19-21)and after I checked out on September 21 you charged me an extra night . You need to remove charge from my credit card and retrain some of your staff.

great value for money, good locations, probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, friendly staff and a great sauna and inside pool.
