This place is a fantastic and spotless modern hotel with incredibly friendly staff and great service, convenient parking, and a charming bar area.

The hotel was close enough to a very large mall, shopping centre, and San Sebastián. My room included a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe.- The staff were attentive and caring in case of questions.

Offers terrific service and different food. There is a shuttle to old town and good wi-fi.

Units with balconies make for a nice touch, giving you some outdoor space to enjoy. Plus, it's close to where all the action happens during the bull-run and bull-fights. Let's not forget about the restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat 🍽️ and the huge shopping mall nearby for all your retail therapy needs.

All in all everything was perfect, had a good stay on a business trip. Triple room I stayed at was good modern with balconies. A private safe, a mini-bar and central heating were standard, but I thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was easy and magnificent there, in acommercial area.

We were delighted with our stay at Hotel Zenit. The hotel itself was beautiful, both inside and out. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bathrooms were especially impressive, and we appreciated the amenities provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The secure underground car park made parking hassle-free, which was a great convenience for us. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the bar opening late and a noisy night due to outside activities, our overall experience at Hotel Zenit was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

room was spacious. Away from the elevators, is appreciated. location if you go for professional reasons. I understand it's good (near the city and airport).. for visiting the city it's too far away from the center, kettle for infusions (an element that no hotel had seen). In fact we had taken ours from home because we are habitual of infusions.

little personal. Let me explain: the second day when it was time to make one of the beds they forgot to put the sheet on top. We went down to the reception to comment on the matter (nothing serious otherwise) and girl at reception (who attended us very kindly) told us that at that moment she could not do anything because she could not leave the reception as she was alone. when the person from the night shift came and there were two of them in the change of shift, they would take the sheet up for us. didn't happen. On the other hand, cleaning of the room. In general, it was clean. in the clothes closet the top shelf had a layer of important dust (if we hadn't wiped it down several days ago) and under the beds there was also dirt. Finally, size of the TV (small).

We stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a big retail area outside of the tourist area. The location was great, with a shopping center and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with fabulous bathrooms. We also had access to a safe in our room, which added to our peace of mind. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we could relax and have a drink. The free underground parking was a bonus, ensuring our vehicle was secure during our stay.

Excellent secure parking (underground). Helpful reception. Good WIFI. Room was clean and well equipped. There is a very good chinese buffet adjacent with good choice of food, freshly cooked on demand. The hotel is easy to find. The buffet breakfast was well presented with a choice of hot and cold food. Reasonably priced at €8. Easy to find.
