The value for money at this hotel was exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable, with a functional bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for those traveling by car. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from, including a great vegan selection. The glass shower and interior design added a nice touch to the room, and the view from the breakfast parlour on the 8th floor was breathtaking.

Breakfast delights, just a small suggestion to make it even better would be to have a sauna available, which is something you would usually expect from a hotel like this.

New Hotel, Spacous room clean and tidy

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium and it provided a meeting room, laundry facilities, and a 24-hour front desk. The computer station was convenient for last-minute work.

The one thing I missed for my work was a high-speed internet connection.

Amazing rooftop restaurant, free Wi-Fi, easy access to motorway. Bus connection to town center every 5-10 min. Safety features, natural parks nearby. Continental breakfast on weekdays. Complimentary Wi-Fi and hair salon for guests. 4-star hotel in St Lorenz.

This hotel is ideally situated for those who want to explore the nearby harbour. It is also within walking distance to the city centre, making it easy to visit the downtown and other attractions. Guests can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet in the mornings, and there are good options for dining nearby.

Some of the rooms can be quite noisy due to traffic outside, as mentioned in a previous review.

Reasonably priced (at the 3 for 2 rate), very comfortable bed, superb shower, clean, new décor - apart from the nuisances listed below, it was a nice stay - the place has some potential... although we also agreed that if we ever go back to Lubeck, we should plan ahead and go to the Grand Spa Resort A-Rosa in Travemunde instead.

Completely useless Wi-Fi connection; pricey breakfast; the option of either paying for parking or parking in the mud outside; very impolite staff at the Chinese restaurant downstairs. The restaurant upstairs serves nice food, but the 'panorama' concept is somewhat pointless, at least when the weather is miserable - everything is grey, and the hotel is not exactly located in a nice part of town... Hotel staff were friendly, but made mistakes - knocking on our door in the morning, miscalculating our bill, etc.

Parking! The parking lot was expensive and nearly impossible to navigate due to tight corners. Also, there was no elevator from the parking into the hotel, so suitcases had to be carried up the stairs.
