The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, I tried fine dishes. It had excellent location with access to Playa la Perla nearby.

Simply nothing to complain about, fab stay. Generally it's a clean hotel with sensational breakfasts. Nice staff at all times. Magnificent location in a developing area called Torremuelle, big size and absolutely perfect rooms. And right by the centre of resort, holiday palace for a girlie holiday, and the Beach Club, which has extra stuff since last year and is a great day out for the family.

It has great setting to the nearest restaurant. The restaurant food is fabulous, and the breakfast offered is excellent with every taste. Would like to stay here on the next trip, liked our stay at the hotel.

Peaceful

I have stayed 3 times and never had to pay for the beach resort pool on the main road. This time they have included a charge which is unfair (if not all inclsive) . I know they want to push for all inclusive but if you are staying at one of their hotels they should include it in the price automatically so people are not inconvenienced.

The rooms were great with good outside balcony space and the beach club was fantastic for the kids!

I was quite dissapointed with the standard of the food.

Courteous staff, exceptional views of a mountain which was very close, everything is great. The rooms are absolutely perfect and huge, with complimentary WiFi, video games and a kitchen. The hotel has great and lovely location to the beach club which is open in the summer months: D

The Holiday World Riwo Hotel is conveniently located on a flat plateau with a car park. It offers easy access to a decent beach and an enjoyable beach club during the summer months. Guests can take a short drive to explore the nearby towns of Benalmadena or Fuengirola. The rooms are spacious with separate bedrooms for added privacy. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides courteous and helpful service. Guests can enjoy a variety of breakfast options, and there are plenty of facilities available, including a pool and evening entertainment.

Some guests have mentioned occasional queues for food and drinks.

The hotel staff was friendly and the selection of food was surprisingly wide and good taking into consideration that it was a buffet. The small grocery shop on the ground floor was handy. The Beach Club is very nice.

Wireless connection was very low in the room. The distance to centre of Benalmadena is not a walking distance. The beaches around are not the best.

We found the hotel very child friendly, we were with our grandchildren of 8 and 6 and the entertainment staf were excellent with the children with plenty going on. The food was good with plenty of choice with themed nights, so there was always something different. The staff were helpful and friendly but at times there were not enough to serve the quantity of clients. The Beach Club facilities were very good together with the shuttle bus service to the enterance, On the whole a very enjoyable break and would return to this hotel, especially with the children.

There wasn't a dress code for the evening and many men wore shorts and tshirts for dinner. We feel that trousers and shirts should be the code for evening meal.

Had a great experience during easter break at this hotel. The location was perfect, only a short distance from the beach and city centre. The breakfast buffet was vast and the staff very friendly. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were very refreshing and it made for a nice atmosphere with kids playing games. The room had a very comfortable bed which was very appreciated.

The entertainment wasn't great and didn't cater much for adults. The restaurant was not so enjoyable - we only tried it once and found it disappointing. The menu was very limited and the food was cold and tasted bland. The staff seemed uninterested in serving us.

It was clean, the room was real good, food was OK, the staff was all right.

There were Irish young tourists at the hotel and they were partying all night and came home two days in a row in the morning, at 6 o´clock and the hotel couldn´t stop it. If it happens one time, but two times....And the hotle was a big komplex and it was quite a long walk to get to restaurants and bars. If think this hotel is for families with kids or for elderly.

Good hotel, would go back, glad we had a car though!

The Holiday World Riwo Hotel. was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious and exactly what we expected. The location was great, with easy access to the beach club and other pools. The staff treated us very well, especially the reception, cleaners, and animation team. The all-inclusive options were fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the kids club and aqua park. Special shoutout to Francisco at the bar and Mar Jiménez for their friendly and helpful service. The spa facilities were also a highlight, and the all-day entertainment and night shows were great.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

The staff and especially Laura was excellent, very professional and always available.The room was good and all was a great value for money
