Loved the picturesque surroundings of the hotel and the fact that it is located near the motorway, making it a great one-night stop. The room had a beautiful view of the horse arena and the ruins. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of foods and the spa area was a great way to relax.

The hotel could have been more eco-friendly by sorting waste better, especially plastics. the WiFi connection could be improved.

Overall a great experience, restaurants having good quality..excellent service attitude. Restaurant prices, especially with local wines really competitive, wine list only perhaps a bit short..Beautiful park close by. Nice view to follow horses from own room's large terrace. Just thinking how the place looks during good winter season... must be beautiful.

When traveling, even as pleasure, you need fast wireless internet, here it was more like snail speed internet... far from 4G or so...this should be changed soon.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with great opportunities for low-key activities like exploring the nearby ruins or taking a stroll. Unfortunately, the restaurant was virtually empty during our stay, but that meant we were able to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere right beside it. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a lovely bathroom boasting Molton Brown toiletries. The breakfast was good, although not exceptional.

An already excellent hotel has been renovated and upgraded further. Particularly the Spa.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by a beautiful forest that provides great walking paths. The room I stayed in was elegantly decorated and very clean. The staff was friendly and kind, and the breakfast buffet that was offered had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, there were plenty of parking spaces available.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was a truly exclusive experience. The spa and wellness center provided exceptional massage and beauty treatments. The beautiful sun terrace and garden area were perfect for a moment of relaxation. The restaurant offered a diverse menu and had a splendid wine selection. Our private facilities were amazing - elegant and spacious with breathtaking views of the surroundings. The location was ideal, close to the highway but quiet enough to enjoy a romantic and peaceful stay.

The only minor issue was the inconsistency in service. While some staff members were attentive and helpful, others seemed disinterested and unresponsive.

Had a wonderful weekend at a charming hotel with great amenities. The spa with the whirlpool was incredibly relaxing and exclusive access to the nearby castle ruins added extra excitement to the stay. the traditional German restaurant in-house offered delicious local dishes. The nature surrounding the hotel was perfect for a walk in the woods.

One small inconvenience was the hair dryer, which required constantly pushing a button to keep it working. The lack of power in the device made drying long hair a difficult and tiresome task.

The Hardenberg Burghotel is absolutely grand, with charming old-style facilities, serene relaxation areas, and accommodating staff. The food, including breakfast and dinner, is tasty and well-presented. The rooms are beautiful, some with balconies overlooking picturesque surroundings. Molton Brown toiletries, slippers, and robes are a lovely touch.

Couldn't fault.
