The staff are attentive and fabulously helpful, overall. The rooms are modern and spotless here with terrific bathroom, a complimentary mini bar plus very comfy beds. The breakfast offers a lot of fresh fruit and meats.

The location was wonderful: a nice market and a market were within walking distance.

The hotel was clean and exquisite with excellent wi-fi. Twin room I stayed at was tastefully decorated. The location of the venue was stunning, in Bailara restaurant.

Everything was modern, and the breakfast was perfect at high standard amazing tortilla. The room was well decorated and huge and had central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk as pictured in advertising🙂👍

The double room is relaxing and has an electronic key card, a work desk and a multi-channel TV. The breakfast is perfect and nice with fresh orange juice and meats, for instance, lots to choose from. The location is remote. The service is nice, includes free parking.

The units are well decorated, modern with fantastic views across the hills.

Located on top of a beautiful mountain in the Basque region, this hotel offers breathtaking views of the countryside. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complimentary mini bars. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfasts are excellent, and the restaurant is of a tremendous standard. Guests can enjoy sitting out on the lawn in the evenings, sipping a glass of wine as the sun sets.

Limited facilities like a spa or swimming pool may disappoint some guests.

Hotel is an aesthetic treat to the eyes, down to the smallest details. Looks like authentic castle, with all refined modern comfort.

a. Difficulty in locating hotel, even with GPS, in a region where no soul is in sight at 7p.m. Suggest adding a few road signs. b. If anything, hotel is a little over manicured and tidy. Every single leaf is in place. A beautiful museum room is not the place where you like to plump down and read.

A beautifully renovated hotel situated in spectacular countryside. A warm and welcoming family and staff run the hotel. Difficult to find but having arrived you do not want to leave.

I had a truly amazing experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in a small park surrounded by green hills and offering breathtaking views of the valley. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service being prompt and attentive. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, even offering me a refreshing welcome drink. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities I could ask for, from a comfortable bed to an in-room safe. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the beautiful scenery.

I would highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Beautifully decorated and huge rooms have an exquisite design. The location is beautiful and personnel is high quality! If in Bidegoian again would come here again.

Beautifully restored hotel with very nice furniture located outside a small village not too far from Pyrenees and San Sebastian. Rooms are very comfortable and hotel is quiet. Very helpfull staff which speaks good English (and one person even Dutch).

The restaurant serves a limited menu with items which are below what you expect in such a hotel. The rooms are around 10-20% overpriced compared to likewise hotels we stayed.

The staff who could not do enough for you. The luxurious decor and location. The restaurant offered amazing meals. We found the Iriarte Jauregia purely by chance but what an absolutely gem of a hotel. We chose it mainly on the comments of previous guests and were not disappointed. We arrived late but the hotel could not have been more accomodating.
