Peaceful environment, welcoming, quiet and no crazy restrictions.
One is tempted to stay longer.

Location. OK breakfast included.

Clean towels daily, good breakfast and a comfy bed.
All good.

Lovely seating area including a separate lounge where we sat with friends. McDonald’s next to Hotel so there was an option if one required stuff like ice cream.

Location, near a tube station and within walking distance of theatres and museums.
We had room service one night and it was awful, a salad with no dressing and a very dry chicken breat, my daughter’s vegetarian burger was just a bun with one mushroom in the middle.

We expected nothing more than a place to lay our heads but the apartment made our stay with the lounge offered in the basement open to all guests 24/7 with games and a laptop on a huge TV screen and smoking areas. The concierge, Mario, was so helpful, friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do more for you.

Spacious and clean room with a very comfortable and extra-wide bed. Nice layout, but you have to like the "carnival".

Very friendly, helpful staff in a very nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent!

I could not fault it, it was a perfect holiday. I have booked again for the end of May 2020.
