The hotel's location is great, being near the metro station, shopping malls, and numerous restaurants. The room size is spacious and clean, with fresh bedding. The staff was helpful and sympathetic.

Free wifi was available; the breakfast was good! We loved this hotel.

Great hotel for romantic escape. We had a comfortable stay in a spacious and well-designed room. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was nicely furnished with all the necessary amenities. The view from our room was impressive; we could see the city skyline at night. One of the best features of the hotel was its location, which was close to all the popular local restaurants and shopping areas. We enjoyed exploring the area and the easy access to public transportation.

The service from the housekeeping staff was very slow, we had to wait for the room to be cleaned for over an hour after requesting it. The soundproofing could have been better, as there was some noise from the hallway and other adjoining rooms.

This hotel is not 4 star like described in Booked.net. I am extremely disappointed in the hotel and more so at booking .com for showing this as a 4 star hotel

The hotel is located in a great area with many wholesale shops nearby. The room service is available 24/7, which is very convenient. The staff here is friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a wide range of amenities including a sauna and a restaurant. The Wi-Fi signal is strong throughout the hotel.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Would never use this hotel again. Staff in reception said did not have details of our booking, they were extremely rude , kept us waiting in lobby for nearly 1 hour, suggested try another hotel 50 mins away, ignored us, the manager finally found details but was also rude with no apology. Ordered non smoking room double room , got smoking twin room. Room very smelly with blood on one towel. Breakfast very poor , looked like leftover food , no choice or service. Wireless internet involved using a cable. Violent drunken man in lobby , poor security.

I loved how conveniently located this hotel was to the metro station. It was only a short 5-minute walk away which made exploring this city incredibly easy. The hotel was also situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the main attractions within the hour.
