The location was on the beach. The room was very clean and up to date.
The elevators were very slow and quite hot. The temperature in the hallways was over 90 degrees. The cable signal was very poor, almost unusable. The balcony light had no switch. We were forced to close the drapes rather than enjoying the view as a result. The coffee maker is nothing more than a hot water maker utilizing pre-packaged coffee. The stairways exited into an area where the dumpsters were stored. Some people do still use stairs.

Liked the comfortable yet firm beds, the comforters and the pillows.
Guests are required to pay a "resort fee" yet it costs an additional $25 per room per day to have a chair on the beach. For a hotel that advertises the beach setting this should not be the case.

All the staff were friendly and helpful
We thought the lounge chairs on the beach were free for hotel residents but the charge was 25 dollars for the day. We stayed on the chairs at the pool

Location was beautiful. Peaceful and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable.
The restaurant food was awful. Prices for drinks were outrageous. The drummer on the weekends drowned out all possibility of conversation or even hearing the music. Salt shakers need salt in them to make the salt flow-duh. Refrigerators in room are very small and rooms are very out of date. It was non smoking, but people were smoking on their balconies forcing us inside. Quoted price should include taxes which are quite hefty. I paid for a lounge on the beach for the day, went back later and someone else was using it! I was expecting Whyndam quality, but got much less.

Private beach. Nice cushions on lounge chairs. Outdoor deck area and pool and beach really nice. Food pretty good. Always served hot. Can eat and drink on beach. Great service. Clean and updated rooms. Stayed in beachfront room, nice balcony. Loved the coffee service in room. Comfy bed, loads of pillows. Would stay again.
It's all the way at the end. Long walk to everywhere else.

Right on the beach with cushioned lawn chairs & clean, comfortable room with a gulf view.
Pool was old and had construction cones around half of it due to crumbling debris from building/patio decks on the 2nd floor adjacent to the pool. Nice enough place otherwise, but not worth the cost overall. I also paid for king bed with ocean view but got 2 queens instead due to overbooking error at the hotel. Receptionist gave us a round of free drinks for their mistake.

Free parking, good size rooms well fitted out. Right on the beach with a good pool as well. Looks a bit dated outside but does what you want.Easy walk to the harbour area.
Nothing much. We went in the quiet season mid september so the whole area was only half awake.

It was ok until there was no water!!!!
A water main broke in the night. No WATER...toilets would no flush, no showers, no water....period! We had to be somewhere dressed and perky. We left the hotel....NO Concessions were made for the problem. They said it was fixed in 7 hours....I Guess people were supposed to feel great about that! Honestly, everyone should have been given that day free. I repeat, no water in the toilets...NO Water in the showers....NO Water anywhere all day. The manager was called at 3:30 in the morning...that person was still nowhere to be found at 8:00 A.M. There was just water gushing into the street outside. Arrrgh! Never will go to that place again. It was handled poorly!!!!!

The rooms where old and falling apart...the elevators where extremely slow and they charge you for the most rediculous things....Extremely way overpriced and then they tac on this charge and that charge. I was not happy at all...I Was taking my older sister for a couple of days vacations and I was embarressed that I took her there and will never return...The guy at the beach tried to charge us for the usage of a chair when I was already paying over $517.00 for 2 days on the water...Waste of money and I do not recomment at all Not satified

We were impressed with the service at the pool and beach. Brandon was one of the nicest funniest most helpful people we encountered. He gave us advice on great places to eat & relax and shop he was so right. We had the most wonderful weekend. And much of it was because of him taking the time for us. We just think he was awesome. We also enjoyed chatting with Alex a wonderful young lady.

Room was quite and clean with a beautiful view. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Spinach salad on the deck/beach was perfect.
Starbucks coffee was available, but the bartender is not a barista. Even Iced coffee was not up to par. Even with a resort fee attached each day, we were asked to rent chaise and umbrella. That was unexpected on our 4th day there. Evidently they hadn't charged while the new deck was underconstruction, but it was never mentioned as an additional fee to begin with.

The beds where the best we have ever slept on. More comfortable than home. No shortage on the pillows and that was very nice. Clean room every day and plenty of towels. We had a wonderful time! Nice to have the pool and the beach side by side. Had the three grandsons ages 5 years, 2 years and 6 months. They all loved the place. Thank you for a lovely 35th anniversary stay. Dot Riendeau
I did not like that the cabana chairs were extra and that you had to rent them. I feel that as much as I paid to stay, we should have been able to have the chairs at no cost. No big deal, just my opinion.
