I always choose this place for my stay because it suits me perfectly. They have Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and an indoor pool. Staff even helped me with bug spray once. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Excellent service, friendly staff, beautiful spa, good food

Restaurant is not very good. I didn't complain about it but an another customer did and got a free coffee. TV was blurred. This time I complained but nothing was done.

The wellness and swimming pool facilities were available in the evening, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast room had a nice ambiance. The hotel is surrounded by natural areas, great for a stroll and some fresh air.

Felt privileged, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was newly refurbished and incredibly spacious, with a separate bedroom that was also very large. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and we appreciated their ability to communicate in English. The hotel is located in a quiet area, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, which provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. We also enjoyed the extensive breakfast spread and the excellent evening menu, with ample portions and reasonably priced. The on-site restaurant was supported by local families, which added to the authentic experience. Furthermore, the hotel offers a range of amenities including a spa area with sauna and steam room, an indoor swimming pool, and a lovely courtyard sun trap for sunbathing. The surrounding forest provides beautiful walking paths, perfect for a leisurely afternoon stroll. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return.

I always stay here for a reason. The staff helped me with sim cards on my first visit. This place has it all - Wi-Fi, late check-in/out, bar/restaurant, indoor pool, sauna. Can't wait to come back for holidays!

The situation on a hillside above Whuppertal. Very clean and comfortabe rooms and good food in the restaurant. Also under cover car parking.

The quality and the quantity of the meals I took (dinner and breakfast) was excellent.

The water of the shower in the morning was cold.

I had a great weekend getaway at Best Western. The location on the hill was peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pool was clean and not overcrowded. I loved the outdoor and indoor spa, especially the infra-red spa. The buffet breakfast had a nice selection, including delicious scrambled eggs and fresh bread.

You can park your car with ease as there's enough space. The spa area provides a great place to unwind, and a lovely courtyard sun trap is perfect for sunbathing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and you'll have a good night’s sleep.

The restaurant organization needs to improve as on some days the service and food for breakfast was poor.
