The Complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. The location was also good as it was close to downtown and easy to find your way around. I loved the old-fashioned decorations and the way the building looked. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.
The noise level was extreme in both the morning and at night. It was like the cars were driving right through our room.

Great location near the countryside for a romantic escape. Rooms are spacious with modern air conditioning and efficient cleaning staff.
Breakfast needs improvement with limited options and items constantly running out. The noise level from the street is unbearable, leaving little to no possibility for a peaceful stay.

I also appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel's interior design; the high ceilings and beautiful decorations added a touch of elegance to the experience. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel well taken care of. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was adequate, ensuring I started my day off right.

The hotel is located right in the center of the town, on the main street of Pinar del Rio. This means that it is in close proximity to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. Additionally, the hotel is a colonial building that is well maintained and clean. The rooms are furnished with lovely mahogany furniture and the bathrooms are immaculate. The staff is prompt and attentive, providing great service. The dining room is spacious and offers a choice of breakfast options.
The noise from the street can be quite disruptive, especially in the outer rooms.

The hotel had a beautiful colonial architecture and we loved its veranda bar. From there, we could see the parade of vintage cars and it was a great experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their guidance on local tours and attractions. , the hot water worked well and we slept peacefully at night.
The room was a bit plain and the road-facing ones were noisy due to the constant truck traffic. The breakfast was simple, and service was slow which was frustrating since it was busy during our Xmas stay.
