It was a wonderful Easter holiday! The staff were very friendly and helpful, always welcoming with smiles on their faces. The pools were great, especially the ones with the water slides which were so much fun. The sandy beach was just a short walk away and the sea was warm and clear. One of the best parts was the free ice cream on the beach, such a nice touch! The location was also perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The cleanliness of the room which could have been better. However, we did speak to the housekeeping staff who promptly fixed the issue.

The hotel offers excellent service, with friendly staff and fantastic restaurants including a fish restaurant, Italian restaurant and steakhouse. The Sky Bar provides great views and exceptional service from Selami and Cafer, and the adult boardwalk area is a great place to relax. The location provides easy access to everything in the surrounding area.
There were occasional noise issues with doors slamming late at night.

The food variety was great, with options for every taste. The hotel personnel were friendly and always willing to help. The pools were clean and well-maintained. The location was peaceful and relaxing, with a beautiful sea view.
The room size was small, making it a bit cramped for three people to stay in. The sound isolation wasn't the best, as we could hear noises from outside the room.

This hotel had a luxurious atmosphere and provided exclusive amenities. The service was exceptional, and the spa and wellness centre was top-notch. Additionally, the swimming pool was well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. The bar and lounge area offered delicious drinks and had beautiful decor, adding to the luxurious feel of the hotel.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the entertainment. The night club was not up to our expectations and left us wanting more.

We had a great time at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, hotel facilities were excellent, and the location in beautiful gardens added to the overall experience. Breakfast had an array of options, and the staff were very helpful. The views of the coastline were stunning.
