Pretty standard and nice little hotel located in a nice enough area next to Cuzco, and the train station. Plenty of good food.

The location was marvellous there, to the bus stop in the morning. Units with view on the train station.

It was a brand-new hotel which had excellent service. My room was exceptionally nice room with comfortable bed, an excellent view, heaters.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Great stay, as always. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. New building and rooms with balcony. Kind staff and management. Had GREAT and unbeatable location in the area, within walking distance of Ministry of Culture.

The front desk staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I had a minor issue with the TV not working due to a provider change, but they promptly resolved it. Despite some renovations happening during the day, the staff made sure to stop the noise when requested. the staff's attentiveness made my experience at Vista Machu Picchu much more enjoyable.

Enjoyed staying at the extremely spacious room with view on the train station. Location: the hotel was right by the train station and the town and the local market and restaurants and the bus to Machu Picchu. We didn't have time, so we would absolutely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and accommodating, even though their English is limited. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us. The room we stayed in was excellent, located on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the mountains and the pool. It was also very clean, with crisp white towels and linens.

The check-out time is a bit early, which may be inconvenient for those who want to freshen up after a long day exploring. However, this seems to be a common practice in this town, so it's not exclusive to this hotel.

Best aspects for us were the hotel's location right next to the train station and the cleanliness of the rooms. We were able to easily catch our train without any hassle. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, taking care of our luggage and allowing us to rest while waiting for our train back. The breakfast provided was nice and simple, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the fast and stable Wi-Fi connection.
