Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Pool is lovely. Made a friend and saw her place on the 4th floor. Get a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. Reception staff were helpful depending upon who was on.

I had a downstairs room. Dark, musty, mosquitoes, dirty. Some lights not working. No lightbulb in lamp. An overall feeling of it being dirty so I never took my shoes off. Fan and aircon very loud. Reception gave me a key and didn't bother telling me where the room was. Fortunately, Ricardo came to the rescue.....

We had a fantastic time during our Christmas stay. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The staff and management were friendly and treated us like valued guests. The hotel's location, only two blocks from downtown, was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. the food at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

It was all superb.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Ixtapa. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the pool and surrounding greenery. The on-site restaurant served an excellent breakfast, included in the room rate. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from a beautiful bicycle/walking path and the ocean. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

Amazing New Year's Experience

Great hotel with delicious food and excellent staff. The location was perfect, close to the beach and a variety of restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel offered useful amenities like wifi and a large pool. On New Year’s Eve, they had a beautiful fireworks display which made our stay even more memorable. The hotel also gave us complimentary champagne to celebrate the New Year.

The hotel didn't have enough parking spots which was a hassle, especially during peak holiday season. the AC units were too noisy which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Wow, we had a great time staying here during our city trip! The complementary breakfast buffet was just what we needed to kick off our days of sightseeing. Plus, the location was perfect. We were within walking distance of all the best attractions and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could have used some attention. There were some broken tiles in the bathroom, and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.
