We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and modern design of the rooms at Ventura Hotel & Suites Interlomas. The recent renovation made a clear improvement, and the overall atmosphere was no longer depressive. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities were especially convenient for our long-term stay. The gym and spa on-site added extra value to our experience. We especially appreciated the attentive and cheerful service from the cleaning staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our suite was clean and comfortable. The central location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with easy access to nearby malls and other facilities.

I stayed in this area for business reasons, very far from the Reforma concentration of Mexico City. However, it is surounded by all possible shops and services. As a hotel, it "only" offers room service and breakfast, however its promise as a "suite" is spectacular: very large flats with all comfort of a regular home, extremely convenient. Maybe a bit unsettling for business travellers who do not whish to buy groceries at the supermarket, however I found the experience pleasant and interesting. Free wi-fi in the room.

For business traveller, the absence of a restaurant can be a turn-off. The hotel staff helped me with a take-out order, but the offer was lousy.

The 2 bedroom suite is one of the largest hotel rooms/departments I have experienced. It was clean, spacious, well-equipped and very nice! We chose the hotel for its location (400 meters away from wedding) but would recommend it without any hesitation to anyone.

During my Christmas stay, I found two things that truly stood out. the spacious and comfy rooms which made my stay very enjoyable. being in close proximity to a vibrant shopping mall, where I was able to get my shopping done with ease. The location was very central and allowed for easy access to many excellent restaurants, bars, and entertainment spots. This made it easy for me to explore and have a good time without having to move around too much.

Despite the many positives, there were a few things to dislike. the lighting in the bathroom was dim, and it was challenging to carry out some activities that required proper lighting, like shaving or applying makeup.

I had a wonderful stay during my Christmas holidays at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh fruit and delicious hot dishes. The included Wi-Fi was also a plus, as I was able to keep in touch with family and friends. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

The noise level was a bit high, as my room faced a busy road. Additionally, the sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on.
