fantastic !!! a very spacious complex with low buildings (if you are too lazy to walk you can drive a golf cart), many animals (coatis, birds etc) at the territory. 2 beautiful large pools, dreamlike Caribbean beach with separate bathing area (bathing shoes are not necessary)

the air conditioners may be a bit too cold for Europeans, but with a jacket or a pullover in the evening it's ok :-)

The hotel is embedded in a beautiful park, everything is green and very well maintained. All in all everything is very clean and pleasant. The whole staff is top, of course they like to get a few dollars as a tip for the service. We mainly met Americans and Canadians who were on vacation there. The main pool is also beautifully situated, but not for us to use, there is animation all day long and lots of loud music. We were very happy to go to the great stand, where we could always get a couch, although we had not booked "privileged". Despite a lot of sea grass the water was wonderful for swimming and "surfing" - the waves were not too high and the water at that time, beginning of March, was very pleasant. We were lucky with the climate, it was not too humid and hot, and we could make excursions to Tulum and Cancun by rental car. The hotel is only 30 minutes away from the airport and is located on the main street - so it is very easy to find. The street is not to be heard in the hotel area, since the large green area lies in between. In the evening there always was live music in a very pleasant setting on the Plaza, which we enjoyed very much. The shows are also worth seeing, especially great on a Mexican evening. The food is varied and you will always find something delicious for yourself. This was our first holiday for a week in Yucatan and we are quite taken by the possibilities there and the great nature. Unfortunately, the peninsula has to be guarded by quite a lot of military.

Wonderful hotel and the location near restaurant was marvellous. Booked a room with perfect views, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and very careful people with a smile and a friendly "Hola" from every single Valentin staff member.

The room is nicely decorated, brand-new comes with double beds as well as such a romantic touch.

Can book sightseeing excursions, fun free activities available on site. Can't wait to return!
