I chose this hotel for attending a brainstorming session because it provides five bright-and-cheery conference rooms that can accommodate up to 375 guests. The Loft14, an artisanal cocktail bar, is a great place for both business and leisure travelers to converge after-hours. It was an inspired choice for a meeting or corporate retreat in Bad Oeynhausen.

The one service that I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been helpful to have access to computers and printers to quickly take care of any work-related needs.

The Arcadia was a lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly. It was a good central location for the park and shops etc

It would be great if there could be tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and also it would be great if people could buy a small breakfast, such as toastie and coffee in the morning, 15 euros is expensive for breakfast when you just have coffee and ceral, so if that could be ordered it would make it a lot easier

Since 2005 I have stayed at the now Arcadia Hotel Bad Oeynhausen eight times with my family and several friends. The staff have always been excellent, the location near to the Kurpark and Bali Therme are first class. However the hotel has changed hands from Accor/Mercure to Tulip Inn and now Arcadia Hotels.

This has led to me being double charges for my visits in May and August of this year leaving me with a debt of £1500 on my credit card. To date this has still not been resolved.The hotel facilities are in need of a spruce up, televisions in the room are dated and the bedding is of poor quality.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. The cozy, warm colors and comfortable furniture made me feel right at home. The general areas were tastefully decorated and had a lovely ambiance. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff made sure that there were no stairs for me to climb to reach my room, which was a wonderful relief for my tired legs. They were always ready to assist me and made sure I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

I wish the hotel had more organized activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have some activities or entertainment options that catered to our needs and interests.

Hotel rooms were very minimalist with cot-like beds.

If I could ask for one thing to make the vacation better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. Sometimes it was difficult to find someone at the reception or get assistance when needed.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in a luxurious paradise. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from all the main tourist attractions in the area. I loved how it was surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The service here is second to none - the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even offered room service and dry cleaning, making my experience even more convenient.

This hotel is perfect for families with children. They have a fantastic game room and children's play area, ensuring that kids have plenty to do and are entertained throughout their stay.

The hotel was very conveniently located for my business trip and it had free wifi which was essential for my work. The breakfast selection was excellent and included both hot and cold items, which I really enjoyed. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly.
