The staff are top-notch, displaying professionalism and going above and beyond to assist guests, even ordering takeaways. The breakfast, although slightly pricy, is of excellent quality with a variety of options to choose from.

Although located in a depressed area of the Ruhr, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast spread is impressive, with warm and fresh bread. Free parking is a plus.

Position near cycle routes and walk ways. Easy access to autobahns. Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly, Bar was opened 24 hours and arrived at 2 am ordered a cup of tea and coffee no trouble. Changed towels and bed linen every day and very clean. Beds were very comfortable rooms basic.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a good experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was truly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday. We also enjoyed the free parking and the beautiful garden with a sand volleyball court. The Christmas atmosphere inside was lovely and the price was reasonable.

The products served were not of high quality and some of them ran out quickly. , the Wi-Fi connection was not very good and kept cutting out.
