I loved the central location, spacious rooms with A/C and fridge, comfortable bed with different pillow options, outstanding breakfast with fresh products, helpful staff.

the fitness room was awful and did not open until 5PM. They left one tiny soap in the room and would not bring in more unless you asked, no body lotion etc.

The speed of the Wi-fi Internet was too slow, especially in the evening.

We stayed at a hotel during the New Year. The atmosphere was electric and we were thrilled to find a complimentary champagne bottle that added an extra touch to our festivities. The location was definitely the highlight, placing us close to the train station, shopping arcade, and the city's historic landmarks. the staff was attentive and polite, recommending us excellent local restaurants and ensuring that we had a warm stay during the winter period.

One downside was that there was no room service available after a particular time, making it inconvenient when we wanted to order food. , although the on-site restaurant had a range of menu choices, we felt that it was a tad pricey.

The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a secure garage parking and a fantastic new Patisserie Fröhlich. The room was very clean and spacious, with a fridge and safe. The breakfast was noteworthy, with fresh and delicious products.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the central train station and right next to the shopping mall. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that all of our needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all of the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the indoor swimming pool. our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

Located close to historic churches and a pedestrian mall, this hotel is conveniently situated near the train station and central attractions. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast choices are quite good, and the staff is helpful. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is a plus and the Wi-Fi is generally reliable.

The hotel is showing signs of age and could use an update.
