A less than desirable location, other than it is close to the MTS Center - this was when the Briar was going on, so thankfully, many normal people on the streets.

They picked me up at the airport and drove me back several days later, no charge for the trip.

Called them when I arrived at the airport and they arrived in 20 mins.

My room was relatively small, with one double bed but very comfortable.

My room was clean and offered a great view of downtown Winnipeg (it helps if you ask specifically for this as the rooms all face different directions).

The suite was nice, but the bathroom was a little small for two adults and 2 children.

My grandmother had booked a suite, but the suite was so small, she changed to a regular room which turned out to be bigger.

My room was fairly spacious, a 'superior room' by their standards - 2 queen beds.

I ate breakfast in the lovely restaurant to see not 1 but all the managers eating at the same time, then later saw them again gathered like a pack of rats, then yet again.

Good music in bar, pleasant reception the room my sister and the restaurant is very nice.

What a mess that cafe service is --- lunch was no better, having to allow 90 minutes so we could get food at a restaurant in the same hotel?

Front desk service at check in was like like checking into your second home.

I arrived at the airport to have the front desk staff pick me up, then got to the hotel to have the same person check me in, this young lady was very helpful and sure made my stay quite pleasant, she knew the answer to all my questions.

A pool & Waterslide facility, what a nice touch.

For the pool, this newly updated waterslide was great for our family.

Parking is across the street in a seperate parkade.

Many well known hotels, staff were great and my room was clean.

We found the room small (but clean) and there was no view but what we wanted was a hotel close to the MTS Centre and this was 1 1/2 blocks away.

The 3rd floor room looked nice and clean, probably refurnished in recent years, but the room my wife and I stayed in probably hasn't changed in decades.

We enjoyed room service two nights with fresh fruit, cheese soup and cheese cake.
