I find the hotel fabulous, fairly clean and the staff is accommodating. Its rooms are good-sized with every comfort and spa tub, as for instance. When I am in Niagara Falls, I like staying here.

Stay here was nice, I didn't feel like leaving. The breakfasts were delicious with sausage, bacon and also the obvious lower quality if food provided and all the staff was extremely friendly. The service was nice, including an easy check-in.

All in all everything was lovely, had a luxurious stay for the price. The room itself was new-fashioned, neat for sunday breakfast and had essentials I needed. The location was reasonable and comfy - just 5 minutes' walk from Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. It was located in a very nice area near Falls, casino and restaurants and goat island, an excellent base for me. I really enjoyed the time in this property.

The hotel's location was central, to the bridge connecting the US to Canada. The room was very well decorated with spa tub and fireplace, had essentials required. Having a spa bathtub, a walk-in shower, and terry bathrobes was a bonus.
