Booked a room with a balcony overlooking the jungle garden. The breakfast was enjoyable with yummy fish in many forms and the water at the Fiesta Americana, for instance, and the restaurant's offer was outstanding. Location: the hotel was really close to Mexican food restaurants at the Fiesta Americana, Cozumel airport, and three stops starting in the deepest water. The pool was nice and I had cold drinks in the night bar.

This place is located in a lush jungle setting, right on a cool reef, and just steps away from the beach. The staff, from the bell man to the managers, went out of their way to provide exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony or terrace. The on-site restaurant offered delicious dining options, and the poolside snack bar was a great place to grab a quick bite. The leisure spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to relax and unwind, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a variety of spa treatments available. this hotel has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room overall was spotless and huge. The location was great: a mall and gift stores were within walking distance. The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a really quiet area.

Loved the two pools and the fact that there were no crowds. The food was decent too. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and the location near several attractions was convenient.

The rooms were outdated, dirty, and small. Poor water pressure in the showers made bathing unpleasant.

The room was not clean upon our arrival and the staff were not helpful in addressing the issue. The noise level in the hotel was also quite high which made it difficult to relax.

The hotel was located conveniently close to Pescador beach, but unfortunately everything closed fairly early. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Gloria who kept the room spotless. The all-inclusive dining at the hotel was great, with a variety of cuisines, and Luigi and Virginia who served breakfast were very hospitable.

Unfortunately the pool area was quite small, and not as secluded as one might hope.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, right off the beach of the resort. We loved the location, which was convenient to many activities right in front of the beach area, as well as to the restaurants at the sister resort next door. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Cleanliness was impressive, and we couldn't be happier with the daily housekeeping.
