I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing for an early check-in. The modern and well-equipped unit provided everything we needed for our mountain getaway, including a hot tub to relax in after a day of activities. The attention to detail and the stunning views added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this mountain resort. The location was perfect, just a short walk down to the gondola and right on the hill for easy access to skiing. The room was modern and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a fully stocked kitchen. The service was outstanding, with friendly and professional staff. We also enjoyed the hot tub for a relaxing soak after a day on the slopes.

The lack of ski lockers was a bit inconvenient, as it meant bringing all our equipment into the room.

Great Views and Convenient Location

Stayed here during the New Year's eve weekend. The scenic vistas from the balcony are amazing. Ski-in-ski-out facility was convenient and easy. The hot tub on the balcony was definitely the highlight of the trip, as we enjoyed a relaxing soak under the stars.

The front desk staff was unresponsive and unprofessional. We faced multiple issues with the room;

From the well-equipped kitchen to the clean and spacious rooms with a comfortable pullout couch, everything was thoughtfully arranged for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location was fantastic, just a short drive down the mountain to a local restaurant and conveniently close to the gondola for easy access to the ski slopes.
