The service was all in all excellent. The extra touches like eggs and bacon for breakfast, I greatly enjoyed it. The genuinely helpful and professional staff accommodated all the needs.

Generally, the place was fantastic and had welcoming staff on our request. The location of the hotel was very central, really close to plaza and restaurants, the main Plaza de Armas and San Pedro market, and the Main Square, San Francisco square, marker and all the very fascinating side streets. There was La Casa de Yudy nearby, offering quick meals...

The hotel is lovely little and wonderful old with top-class staff on our request. Our property is set in a central location close to the historic centre as well as restaurants.

the rooms are top-notch and new-fashioned, with a balcony and a hair dryer. its location is handy & decent, close to the main square, san francisco square, marker and all the very fascinating side streets, center of town and historical district.

The location was marvellous, for example, a peruvian plaza was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Enjoyed the restaurant, where we had breakfasts.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the beautiful courtyards. The staff were excellent and very welcoming, especially Jose Alberto. The location was convenient, close to small markets, a laundromat, the train station for Machu Picchu, and just on the outskirts of the tourist area everywhere. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and the hotel facilities were perfect.

Nothing that we didn't like.

We had a spacious room with comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful and the barman made great pisco sours!

The shower water was not very wam - we stayed there for 3 nights. At first we thought it was a one off, but if didn't get any warmer over the next 2 days and also the pressure was really weak. The heaters in our room were switched off in the morning by hotel staff so that when we returned int he evening our room was cold. We felt that for the expensive cost of the room we stayed in that the least the hotel could do was to leave the heating on, especially when it can go to below zero degrees at night time in Cusco. For the expensive rates that the hotel are charging showers need to be improved and also a door included in shower room - there was no door through from bedroom to shower. This is especially necessary with a family or group staying in the Junior suite, which has 3 double beds in one room.

Good food, fancy hotel, handy location to everything in the city section. Location close enough to main square and many attractions and restaurants, and the historical district.

Wi-Fi was bad.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cusco. The location was perfect - just a few blocks outside the main square, so it was quiet but still within walking distance of museums and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with three comfortable queen beds and all the basic amenities. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of delicious fruits, eggs, bread, and more. I loved my stay and will definitely be back.

Everything was just perfect - no improvements needed!

Staff was very helpful and their assistance, suggestions, tips were very valuable. Drinks at the hotel's bar were really good. Accomodations were very comfortable, clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located close enough to the main plaza but not next to it. The city is an amazing place to visit. There is a lot of walking involved so coming back to a comfortable, quiet hotel is priceless when you have such a busy itinerary. We would definately recommend this hotel to our friends and family. We loved our stay, we loved Cuzco.

The hotel is situated in a quite spot of the city centre (only about 10 minutes walk from Plaza De Armes). Excellent location. The hotel is tastefully decorated. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The staff are very friednly and helpful.
