The breakfast at this B&B was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've ever had. The room was also very comfortable and beautifully renovated. the friendly host made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The bar in the B&B was only open one evening out of the four we were there. It would have been nice to have a drink and some food available in the evening.

Enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The location was marvellous and particularly good for first time visitors to Poelkapelle. The hotel was a good base for enjoying a rural area. We had a spotless single room with snacks, drinks, as for instance.

The location was great in the old Mayor's residence and met needs well. Plus, it was next to Georges Guynemer Memorial roundabout, the main tourist area of Ypres, and Langemarck cemetery. Very amiable and wonderful staff and the breakfast was very very good with bacon and eggs.

Got reasonably spacious and spotless room with snacks, drinks, as example - always come in handy. The personnel was amiable, and the host too. The location was marvellous and brilliant because it was next to Ypres, Paaschendaele, Langemarck cemetery and Langemarck cemetery🙂👌

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The property itself was beautiful and full of character, providing a charming atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious, with warm fresh bread being a particular highlight.

The hotel's location on a main road in a rural area meant that it was not very peaceful at night. Tractor noise from early in the morning and the sound of the nearby church bells ringing regularly made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The breakfast, though a bit overpriced, offers a satisfying start to the day. The hotel also has a casino and karaoke night, adding fun entertainment options for guests.

The hosts were odd and didn't allow guests to use any part of the hotel except the room.

I stayed at 't Oud Gemeentehuis for my WW1 Battle/Cemetery tours. It's centrally located, quiet, and only a 10-minute drive to Ypres. The owner arranged two rooms for my family, which was great. The host was friendly, gave us a tour, and offered complimentary drinks. The breakfast and evening meals were fantastic, with a wide menu choice and great quality. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, and there's secure parking for bikers. a great experience!
