Spent new years at this hotel and it was a memorable experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, always trying to find ways to communicate despite the language barrier. The location of the hotel was perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to popular tourist attractions and shopping areas, making it convenient for us to explore. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
There were no major negative experiences during our stay. However, we did notice that the deposit process for credit cards was a bit confusing and we would recommend using cash as a safer option.

The friendly and obliging staff at this hotel made our family stay truly memorable. Despite language difficulties, the young and enthusiastic staff always went above and beyond to assist us. The bell boys, in particular, were attentive and even acted as translators for us during our visit to our ancestral villages. The hotel's convenient location also added to our positive experience. We were able to comfortably book our stay online and pay on departure, thanks to their efficient system.
