We had a separate bedroom. The bathroom we had was clean.

I stayed in the room that was cleaned by housekeeping and available with pleasant decorations.

Wonderful breakfast with hot and cold options. Clean and extravagant suite. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool area with warm water. Relaxing atmosphere and personal touch.

Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was very good. We had a two bedroom suite which was perfect for our girlfriends getaway. The breakfast area was wonderful, with fresh fruit items, many coffee and tea choices, hot breakfast items, waffle maker. Very good and the area was clean and attractive. The location was very handy to shopping and eating. Custodian in lounge area was very friendly. Front desk staff were pleasant when we checked in.

We had issues that were not handled satisfactorily: The king bedroom had an unusable toilet - wouldn't flush. We called the front desk and a young woman came to the door and handed us a plunger and left. The plunger didn't help. We couldn't use that toilet our entire stay. No one checked back with us about the issue and when I checked out the next morning, I told them again about the issue and that we were not happy about having a non-functioning toilet. The attendant said that she would report the problem. No offer to compensate us for the inconvenience, no apology, nothing. Also, in the hotel's pool area, the whirlpool hot tub was broken, so we were not able to use that either. We tried using the sauna, but that was not functioning properly either. I called the front desk to ask for creamer for the in-room coffee pot, and I was told that I should go down to the breakfast area and get some.

The staff was awesome, friendly and accomodating. The hotel and room was very clean, and had everything we needed.

The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Red River zoo. Moreover, its so close to Fargo for a long weekend and another Staybridge Suites and the airport.

Very friendly staff and really make it a good place to stay. The setting is WONDERFUL and favourable, just off Fargo on business. Again, it's 1 mile from West Acres Shopping Center. 100% recommend this hotel, really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites! The staff was helpful and friendly, and our room was cozy and well-equipped. We loved the modern decor and spaciousness, as well as the full kitchenette. The breakfast spread was delicious, with lots of options to choose from. it was a great experience and we would definitely return.

We had an excellent stay. Our first room was having problems with the heat so they sent a maintenance man right away to fix the problem however it was not an easy fix. They then set us up in another room right away and within minutes we were enjoying a beautiful new room. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hot/cold complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing as well! We will definitely stay at a Staybridge Suites again!

The location was particularly good, in New York City. Further, it was adjacent to the airport, and Fargo for a long weekend.

The bed here is amazing, and the room has a cool modern vibe with a really spotless bathroom. Plus, it's in a nice spot, just a mile away from a zoo by the Red River 🐾.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious and well-decorated rooms. The attention to detail is evident as there are no signs of usage anywhere. The kitchenette in the room is a convenient feature for families, and the breakfast included is a nice bonus.

The only minor downside is that the walls between rooms are somewhat thin.
