During my recent stay at a hotel in Dongguan, I was amazed by the hidden grandeur I discovered. The lobby was spacious with high ceilings and luxurious marble accents, giving it a truly impressive ambiance. The room I stayed in was beautifully designed with ambient lighting, a spacious bathroom with modern fittings, and even a mini walk-in wardrobe. The plush bed and stunning aerial view of the city added to the overall luxury experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options that catered well to Western tastes. I couldn't have asked for more from a hotel in Dongguan. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Food was good, staff polite, rooms are nicely designed & lots of modern conforts.

Reception staff need serious training, they have a hard time understanding vouchers, they took 20 min. to check the booking done through you, i was then given a below reservation standard room, & i ended up paying more than your voucher said.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was stunning and the attention to detail in the design was incredible. The location was convenient, with a shopping center and restaurants nearby. The staff treated me well and were helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was offering a wider selection of dishes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the center of the city made it easy for me to explore and find great places to eat. Additionally, the transportation options were convenient, with easy access to parking and public transportation. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy my appetite. the best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, facilities, convenient location, and helpful staff.

I find that the lighting is too dim for people at night especially to those elderly with poor eye sights - I am travelling with my parent.

The hotel had a good location and was surrounded by a lot of malls and restaurants. There was a nice view from the rooftop bar and the gym had modern equipment. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the hotel during Easter was not very pleasant. The room was not cleaned properly and there were stains on the sheets.

Our experience at this hotel has been luxurious and fulfilling. The exclusive amenities provided a high-end feel to our stay. The spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, and sauna were particularly impressive and helped us relax. The full body massage was rejuvenating, and the Jacuzzi was a great way to unwind. The garden area and sun loungers were perfect for soaking up some sun. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious food and drinks.

The hotel staff was friendly but their limited English made communication difficult at times. However, this was a minor issue compared to the positive experiences we had at this venue.
