The rooms were brand-new and exceptionally comfortable with a beautiful view and had all necessary facilities.

It offers DECENT, exceptionally nice location. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and pleasant.

The room I booked was filthy!

The room had central heating, a TV, and a microwave for convenience. The property had a perfect location, close to many attractions in town.

The gal that checked us in was very nice and helpful with any questions that I had, as we had never stayed there before and didn't know where anything was in the hotel! The only other thing I can think of that I liked was the noon checkout verses everyone elses 11 checkout times!

Our room was decent size but our bed was very hard, but may appeal to some people, there was a lot of water damage on the ceiling and walls. There was a chair that had the appearance like someone had had an accident on it but it could have been from water damage but I wouldn't sit in it! The site says there was a heated pool, but it wasn't! It was so cold it took us forever to get used to it! There was no sauna or hot tub either! The pool area itself looked very run down and rotte d in many areas! Needless to say we will never be going back there again!!!

Both rooms we booked were fine and reasonably spacious with the condition, a beautiful view, a sofa, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was located close enough to nearby bars, restaurants as well as the Convention center. Its location to the many sites around town was handy. What's more, there was Launchpad Children's Museum relatively near the property.

Excellent location, near downtown and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet room. Good for families with loved ones at the nearby hospital. Close to foodie joints. a great experience. 💯

Close to the night life.

Not impressed with food or service at the Sunday buffet.

That was grand old hotel set in downtown area, very close to the local Hard Rock Casino as well as the downtown area. My property room was brand-new and big sizewith a beautiful view, the entire bath tub, a sofa.

This place has brand new, spacious rooms with beautiful views, incredibly comfortable beds, and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating.

On the 8th floor my wireless did not connect I had to go to the lobby with my lap top

Room decor was attractive, pleasing. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff were very pleasant and accomodating.

Hallways were very noisy--late-night partiers woke me up and their noise made it hard to get back to sleep. Breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant was mediocre--but price was right ($5.99), though coffee was bad.

Room for improvement

Rooms are being renovated, some are completed and beds are comfortable. The location is central to everything you might need. Good rates provided.

The staff were unprofessional, and customer service was poor. The room that was assigned to me was not clean and had a weird odor to it.
