Brand-new and neat rooms with balcony, felt like home. Excellent service was provided too.

The hotel was close to the beach, which made it easy to go for a swim and enjoy the sun. , the hotel staff was generally friendly and welcoming. Another plus was that the hotel offered a variety of excursions to do in the area.

The food was not up to par. There wasn't much variety and the quality was mediocre at best.

The location of the hotel is great as it's near the sea and there's a beach close by which can be accessed by taxis. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty with lots of options.

Some aspects of the hotel are lacking such as the entertainment which ends early, leaving guests with little to do in the evenings.

We had the best vacation ever at this place! The staff and especially the manager made us feel right at home. Anything we needed was promptly taken care of. The service was outstanding, from the moment we checked in till the day we left. The hotel staff even allowed us to stay longer on our last day at no extra charge. The location on a hill made all the nearby beaches special, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the beautiful sun terrace and the outdoor swimming pool. we had a fantastic experience and we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Absolutely nothing

Had an amazing time during Easter break! Loved the all-inclusive package and the friendly staff who were always ready to assist us with whatever we needed. The rooms were clean, well-furnished and comfortable, with tea making facilities and a fridge. The animation team kept us entertained throughout our stay, and we especially enjoyed the poolside BBQs and the DJ nights. The shuttle service to the nearby beach was a plus.

The location was a bit far from the city center, and the ventilation in the bathroom was not great. we noticed that the animation team charged Egyptians more than non-Egyptians for certain activities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, from the friendly and helpful staff to the amazing location by the sea. The hotel facilities were great, including a water park and a lower restaurant which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this city.
