The hotel had a private beach which was easily accessible from the rooms. The staff were accommodating and friendly, always willing to assist guests. Another great aspect was the variety of food options available, from breakfast to dinner.

Although there were many positive aspects of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. The rooms were not cleaned daily and basic amenities were not always replaced promptly.

I got free upgrade and greatly enjoyed it. The location was near everything I wanted to do. A decent place for exploring Turgutreis.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location next to a beautiful beach was definitely the highlight of our trip. We loved that it was only a short 5-minute walk from our room, allowing us easy access to the beach anytime we wanted. The hotel also provided excellent services such as car hire, housekeeping, and a variety of shops for our convenience. The airport shuttle was very helpful and made our arrival and departure hassle-free. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which added a nice touch to our check-in experience.

The rooms are spacious with a grand view of the sea, coupled with an excellent breakfast selection. the staff members are quite helpful and accommodating, making your stay even more enjoyable.

One downside of this hotel is the poor housekeeping where the room wasn't cleaned on a daily basis, and the liquid soap and shampoo weren't replaced promptly.

The hotel has a nice pool and offers a free shuttle to the nearby town. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The location was also convenient, with a mall and restaurants nearby.

The rooms were not properly cleaned and the staff did not seem very attentive. the air conditioning was not working well and there were some noise issues during the night.
