During my transit stay in Kissimmee, I found Seralago Hotel & Suites Main Gate East to be conveniently located just 20 minutes by car from the city and only 35 km from Orlando International Airport. The hotel's proximity to Old Town, a vibrant dining and entertainment complex, made it easy for me to explore the area on foot, with free parking and admission just a short walk away.

While the location and amenities were convenient, I did notice that the hotel is in need of some updates, especially in the rooms. The minor issue I encountered was with limited transportation to the parks and the need for better maintenance, such as fixing bathtub leaks and replacing worn carpeting.

It is newly renovated low-budget venue, it offers clean pool and the location is unbeatable to the nearest theme park of Disney. The poolside bar is superb. Would come here again, loved our stay at the hotel.

A recent visit impressed me with diverse suite options, enjoyable family amenities, and a friendly staff. A nearby waterpark was a unique highlight, along with fascinating themed attractions nearby. I particularly appreciated the convenient shuttle service to a major theme park. The surrounding area offered plenty of dining and entertainment options, making it a well-rounded vacation spot. a great experience for families and entertainment enthusiasts like myself. A quick "grab and go" breakfast option was a lifesaver for this busy traveler!

The venue is fairly clean, with nice and absolutely perfect location just off the parks and Kissimmee and the entertainment free. The hotel serves satisfactory breakfasts and offers brand-new rooms with a Queen Bed, multiple children plus a microwave.

the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and there was always hot water. house keeping was great too. we liked the location of the hotel and the surrounding restaurants. it was near the disney parks, near fast food dining areas, including a chick fil a and near low-cost gasoline stations! we also appreciated the fact they texted us as soon as we got to the room to ask if everything was ok. this was great because you don't have to keep calling the front desk for things. we liked that there were two sinks. one inside the bathroom and right outside. staff helpful mostly. some were grumpy though. heated pool was great. located near old town and near restaurants. their front desk person named vernice went above and beyond as she always does.

I chose Seralago Hotel & Suites Main Gate East for its close proximity to Fun Spot America Kissimmee, but the outstanding service of the professional sales staff pleasantly surprised me. The People's Choice Food Court offered fantastic food and quick snacks, creating the perfect dining options for my trip.

While my stay at Seralago Hotel & Suites Main Gate East was largely pleasant, I did face some disturbance during the night due to noise from neighboring guests. Despite bringing this to the attention of the front desk on two separate occasions, the issue was not effectively addressed, resulting in disrupted sleep.
