Location is good and fi service is too expensive. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, great staff and complimentary breakfasts had plenty of variety to meet most needs. Facilities are excellent.

Good location for shopping in gangnam, large department store and within walking distance of central city. Very high tech hotel, great Service and concierge was helpful. The room was spotless, toilet had heated seat, bidet and other functions, the free wireless on the executive floor was very useful. Food on the executive floor was ok and sufficient, facilities were clean and modern.

The location near express terminal is convenient for traveling outside of Seoul, good hotel to work from and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room reasonably sized for an Asian like me and bed is quite comfortable.
