the staff at sheraton were exceptional, making our stay in seoul even better than before. their helpfulness and recommendations were top-notch. the location was convenient for shopping and dining. we'll definitely be staying here again if we return to seoul. and the breakfast was amazing too!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful, and their English skills were top-notch. It was also very convenient to have an underground walkway that led directly to the shopping and restaurant area. The staff even recommended a great Korean restaurant nearby with delicious food and reasonable prices. On top of that, the breakfast served at the hotel surpassed our expectations, especially compared to other 5-star hotels we had stayed at.

There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. Additionally, the cleaning staff seemed to lack thoroughness, as they forgot to replace our towels.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was spotless, food was good and the internet fuctioned well. What more could a business want?

Air conditioning was inadequate, food and drink prices were way too expensive $40 us for breakfast, and $20 for a cocktail in bar, too much...

The hotel is conveniently located near the French Lyceum and only a 10-minute walk from the express bus terminal station, making it easy to explore central Seoul. The rooms are tastefully decorated with modern white and wood furnishings, and offer amenities like Nespresso machines and L'Occitane bath products. Guests can enjoy a scrumptious breakfast at the main breakfast room, and those looking for relaxation can take advantage of the cool swimming pool and spa facilities.

The hotel could improve its wine selection in the lounge for those who enjoy a good glass of wine with their meal.

We couldn't get our post box which was sended from Japan for business and we checked to post office that they got it and signed but they didn't say anything when we're in hotel. And now they said they didn'get it. What happen? We stayed there for pretty long period and out of the room there is a big noise but they didn't do anything when we complained it gently. And one day shower of the bathroom had problem so we complained it strongly, finally they changed the room. But it was our last day to stay over there. So we can say we don't have any good experience with this hotel. It was awful. One more thing, if you wanna use business center in the hotel(use computer,printer..etc) you should stay a expensive room or charged 10 dollor for 30 minutes.

Space in the minibar, comfortable bed, excellent and prompt staff service.

The location was in that awkward state where it was a little too far to walk to the station (especially in winter!) but too close to take a taxi.. Apart from that, no qualms at all.
