Pros: The rooms here are incredible, perfect for a wonderful vacation getaway. They are truly stunning and make for a comfortable stay. 🌟 As for breakfast, it's top-notch with a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and yogurt that are both delicious and appetizing.

The rooms were quiet and impeccable with double beds kept by courteous staff. The setting was excellent, very close to Playa or Tulum. The Seaside restaurant overlooking the ocean and the beach, and the service at Capri, were fabulous. The pool was nice, and I enjoyed having mixed drinks at the swim-up bar.

Opt for the king suite with a comfy king size bed – totally worth it! Huge shoutout to the super attentive staff who really made my stay here a fantastic experience! 🌟

The room was luxurious with double beds and had all the essentials we needed , including climate control, a private safe, and a multi-channel television; the breakfast was fantastic, and the check-in process went smoothly.

Great staff and excellent location to the Seafood or Italian resturants, everything was great. The room was immaculate and impeccable with double beds and balloons and garden view and the overall experience on an all-inclusive vacation was fantastic.

During my stay in a king suite, I enjoyed the TV, mini bar fridge, and coffee/tea makers, and the service provided was top-notch.

Wonderful hotel & fairly clean, its location is unbeatable and spectacular to the airport for last minute items.

The hotel's staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived until the time we sadly had to leave. Their great service made our stay memorable. The food at every restaurant was outstanding, and we enjoyed three amazing meals per day. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the beach. We loved being able to walk along the beach and enjoy the beautiful views.

No improvements needed, everything was okay.

Thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful hotel with charming staff from waiters. The location was excellent, relatively close to Salon Tres Rios I. There was a beachfront restaurant nearby. Everything was simply great.

What we liked most was the friendly staff and variety of salty foods offered by the different restaurants and cafes

The insistence to attend a breakfast in which they wanted to sell you some kind of vacation plan, the little variety and flavor of the desserts, and that the hotel gives you a photo session in the facilities and on the beach, which we agreed to do and we took some super nice pictures ... at the time of showing it the packages to buy them were super expensive and they didn't have an option to buy the digital files alone like in many other attractions... the session that promises to be 20 min. ends up taking almost 1 hour and you feel that they swindled your vacation time when you see what they want to charge you for the photos...also they promise gifts with the purchases of photos... and they only apply for the most expensive packages. (to give you an idea from 250 to 600 dollars).

The attention of the staff

I don't recommend the place for Latino tourists. The hotel is very good but I wouldn't go back. Absolutely everything is in English, the menus of the restaurants, the posters, the entertainment is directed to the Americans, the waiters greet you in English, the TV contains American channels, the music is American, it is full of Americans drinking in excess and talking loudly on the beach, in the pools, in the restaurants. You have no chance to interact with anyone who does not speak English. You have no contact with Mexican culture at all. You sit in a Miami resort. In the jacuzzi located in the pool there were permanently 20 Americans drinking and screaming at the same time. Impossible to enjoy. To leave the hotel and get in touch with Mexico you have to spend 40 dollars round trip. Highly not recommended for Latinos. On the other hand the drinks are of very bad quality, they DO NOT USE NATURAL FRUITS! ALL ARTIFICIAL JUICES!!!

The staff here really knows their stuff, they're super friendly and helpful. The building is just stunning and the rooms are basically brand new and nicely set up. Each room has a fridge and a sweet bathroom with a cool whirlpool tub 🛁.

a really nice stay on our vacation. everything was perfect - luxurious rooms and particularly good breakfasts. exceptionally comfortable beds, tv set, a mini-fridge-bar and coffee/tea making equipment in the room. smooth check-in, late check-out.
