The location was fantastic and beautiful, just off the restaurant or bar or terrace area and a quiet Taunus park with beautiful views, scenic walks, a piano bar and lounge with a fireplace and lush greenery which is very nice for a walk and take pictures. I ate at the club restaurant near the hotel: D

Everything was perfect, new-fashioned and huge room with a view of the surrounding gardens. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Falkenstein, and lush greenery which is very nice for a walk and take pictures. There was a club restaurant nearby.

23 minutes drive to the airport, it is located prepared to take a cab if they say the car is "too busy" to send you to the station. We have to thank competent staff for a very lovely stay. The ambiance is unique...

The hotel is beautiful and such fun to be living in a castle. The setting is exquisite, with spectacular views from the rooms of the gardens. We were well looked after by the staff, very helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful experience, and though not cheap, reasonable for the 5 star experience.

Excellent service...great atmosphere.....very relaxing....historic associations.....genuine character....dedicated staff......wonderful setting and location....private country house feel. More regular inspection of facilities in bedrooms is required - my shower hose was inoperative and needed urgent replacement and one of the shower cabinet sliding door guides had come unstuck allowing water to flow into the bathroom itself causing a flood. This was the only negative in an otherwise memorable 3 night stay. The room rates are also good value for the quality and character of the environment and standard of service.

Thank you for a real good stay. All in all they offer excellent service. Besides, you can park your car onsite. The location is very special and unbeatable, 2 miles from a private zoo. It's set in a very accessible area.

We would stay there again, greatly enjoyed its location. It has beautiful, lovely setting, next to the S Bahn as well as the hill in Kronberg.

the rooms are air-conditioned and good-sized, and are complete with a private terrace, a really nice balcony and the bedroom. the atmosphere of the hotel is warm. the property has a very special and absolutely perfect location, near historic palace, other restaurants around and the ruins of two nearby castles.

One of the things that stood out to me about this hotel was its attention to detail. From the beautiful grounds to the well-appointed rooms, everything felt thoughtfully designed. The hotel's location in a lovely wooded park added to the overall charm and tranquility of the experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the rooms with a view, especially the ones with a balcony just above the clock. The old-looking furniture added a touch of character to the rooms, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. It was also great that breakfast was included in the rate, making it convenient for guests to start their day.

The terrace from our room was beautiful and beginning the morning with a cup of coffee was wonderful.

I wanted to see the library, since it was one of the features of the hotel, however there was a conference and reception said I would not be able to see it. It seems like a waste since this was one of the most interesting parts of its history. Also, the dinner we had in the resturant was awful. Granted, I have some dietary restrictions, however most resturants are able to accomodate them without a problem. I mentioned it to the staff they recommended a different dish that was twice as expensive as the one I wanted, but I changed my order. When the dish arrived it was tasteless, very small and very dissapointing. I tried my husbands dish and though it was larger, it was also tasteless. I left the resturant hungry and with a large bill. It was one of the worst culinary experiences I have had to date and would not recommend the resturant
