Great location, very central! Good breakfast selection and comfortable beds.
Very noisy, both in and outside the hotel. The staff wasn’t very friendly and the rooms were outdated and uncomfortable.

In the evening we visited La Bodeguita Del Medio it was nearby. Nice place to stay in Havana, no complaints whatsoever. Plaza de armas was located in the near vicinity.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town with lots of historical sites and lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was also cozy and clean with comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio, and the staff were always helpful.
The noise level was a bit high, and we could hear people talking in the next room and outside on the street. The hot water was also unreliable at times, which was a bit frustrating.

Nestled in the heart of the historic district, this hotel boasts an ideal location. The elegant design of the room and luxurious amenities fulfilled my needs. The private courtyard and lounge area were perfect spots to unwind. The continental breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to select from.
The restaurant service needs improvement. The room suffered from occasional electrical faults, but the hotel staff fixed it immediately.
