Enjoyed nice bathroom and a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control in our standard queen room. The hotel had a particularly good position, by a 5-step high wooden boardwalk on the side of the building.

The rooms were well-appointed in general, with beat-up old ikea furniture...

We had memorable 2 days here, would be happy to recommend. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and complete with homemade granola, homemade muesli plus berries. The service provided there was exceptional.

Excellent service, comfortable position close to the beaches. And next to an island, the Beach party area, and restaurant.

What a memorable stay, nothing too much trouble. Beautiful and absolutely amazing hotel in a great area so close to a beer garden, the beach, and Montauk for fun. Elegant room, fairly quiet, with a modern bathroom. The staff was charming and awesome and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Stunning and awesome location to a state park.

I had such a laid-back and cool experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The minimalist rooms had a beachy vibe with painted wood floors and a comfortable, large bed. I loved the picnic tables in the garden where I enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even providing beach towels and parking permits. The retro bikes available for borrowing were a fun touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its relaxed and easygoing atmosphere.

Great location and design, nice staff and good food. Loved it!
Would have loved a pool and the walls are too thin if you have noisy neighbours!

The room was clean.
Musty smell throughout the whole hotel including the office.Curtains did not cover the windows totally. Maid peeked in windows during day to see if anyone was in there. No chairs to sit in. No phone, tissues, alarm, washcloths. The so called closet had a curtain over it. Screws coming out of alot of door knobs. Drinks are way overpriced, $27 for two regular drinks. The staff is undertrained, when asked a question, they didnt know the answer or brushed us off. Dinner didnt have much of a selection and was not seasoned, and way overpriced. The wood oven pizza was burnt and the sauce tasted like it came out of a can. When we asked for salt and pepper, the salt container was put out. Another time salt was put in a small bowel with no spoon. I couldnt help thinking who else had their fingers in here. First morning breakfast was terrible. No butter, salt and pepper, cold soft boiled eggs, no white toast. All juices, milk, water were in wine bottles. Nothing was covered. Where is the board of health? I asked for hot tea, camomille tea was only available. No dinner available the second night. Breakfast the second morning was better except for the hair in the fruit. Their breakfast nook consists of 3 tiny tables, and a bunch of old picnic tables outside. When we complained to the checkout lady, she told us Montauk is trying to become more upscale. Not!!!! This is a beach community and will never be the Hamptons. We will never return or recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the property. The location is fantastic, with a 5-step high wooden boardwalk leading to the beach. It's perfect for those who want to be near the beach and enjoy the beautiful views. The staff are friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, with an extra bed available upon request. The breakfast is a highlight, with delicious options such as avocado toast and homemade granola always included.
All was fine, nothing that needs improvement.

Our romantic escape was wonderful. The hotel was located close to the beach and offered a variety of fun activities. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks and playing ping pong. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel had a party atmosphere which we did not appreciate. It was very noisy late into the night.
