Each room is incredible, even the lowest category. The service is outstanding, and the spa is top-notch. The meals are fantastic, making it hard to leave. Can't wait to go back.

As a woman traveling alone, I had an amazing experience at this luxurious resort. The location is perfect, with easy access to the ruins of Tulum and the beautiful beach in the Mayakoba enclave. The room I stayed in was like a small house, with two floors and a pristine pool. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff members always ready to assist. The breakfast at Casa del Lago was delicious and the beach service was outstanding. The resort offered a range of facilities, including a gym with Peleton bikes and a spa with a whirlpool and relaxation area.
The only downside I found was the lack of garbage cans throughout the resort, which made it difficult to dispose of trash outside of the restrooms.

We had an incredible time at this resort! The service made us feel like royalty - friendly staff, early turndown service, and timely babysitting. The villas were spacious and clean, and we loved being able to set up under an umbrella on the pool deck to keep an eye on our kids. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with stunning lagoon views and easy beach access. The breakfast was delicious, and cleanliness was impeccable.

We enjoyed our stay at a luxurious property that had great room finishes, beautiful accommodations, and great staff. The ice bucket was always filled, and other hotels should learn from them. The food was top-notch and had lots of variety in the restaurants. We went to the quiet pool, which was a short walk from our location, and loved the beach that was just a short bike ride away. The La Ceiba dinner was one of the highlights of our stay, and the spa and workout room were well supplied.
The restaurants on premises didn't match the high standard of the resort, and the quality of food didn't satisfy our expectations.
