Clean hotel with a decent location and incredibly nice staff. Well-appointed and neat room with refridgerator, the bath plus a VERY comfortable bed, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Super breakfast to start the day, outstanding food. Fantastic base for exploring Appleton.

Comfortable overall experience. Clean hotel in a nice building very close to about five restaurants and Close to fast food and downtown and the Fox City shopping center. Exceptionally nice and pleasant staff and management. Exceptionally comfortable beds, nicely furnished rooms and clean bath.

They had wifi
The air conditioner did not work well at all and the room was very hot all night. When I told them at check out they said you should have called and we could have changed room. I did not wan to change room in the middle of the night. The hotel was very run down. The sheets were older than the mattress which was a little deeper so the sheets did not stay on the bed. We felt that this is not a hotel you should be advertising on the internet. I would rate this a very poor.
