This hotel's location is extremely convenient, just steps away from the Scheck-in-Center and right in front of a beautiful palace and castle.

i've had a real good stay for business trip. loved the good sized and well-appointed room with a bathroom. the location was comfortable and decent - ease of access to karlsruhe theater. moreover, it was close to the central pedestrian street "kaiserstrasse " and the marktplatz as well as train station.

The breakfasts were superb continental and incredibly nice!

The hotel had a favourable location, in front of a tram station. A palace and a castle were in front of the building.

Clean property, extremely friendly and efficient staff. Very large building, functional and modern rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box, central heating and an iron. Exceptionally nice and perfect location not very far from Marketplace Square. Shopping area short walk to a supermarket, cafés, and the city center and the palace. Such a real good stay for business trip.

The room was tidy, well-maintained, you can use free Wi-Fi here. Pleased it had a bathtub. I was very happy with the amiable staff and their good service.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It made it so convenient to explore the area on foot and discover all the hidden gems. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The service provided here was top-notch, with room service, laundry facilities, and even a dry cleaning service available. The room amenities were also impressive, with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. I loved the added touch of having a patio to relax on, it was such a nice bonus. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it in the mornings!

This place is conveniently located within walking distance of popular tourist attractions like Kaiserstrasse and other spots in the city centre.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just across the street from a lovely supermarket where you can find really great products. right next to public transport and a stone's throw from the center of the city, it's an excellent base for exploring the area. The clean rooms and bathrooms are a definite highlight, and the friendly service is top-notch. The underground parking and good concierge are also very convenient.

The hotel could benefit from some soundproofing to better insulate against outside noise.

Very pleasant was the fact that we could move into the room before the official time. The bed was very comfortable, the location to the inner courtyard pleasantly quiet.

The breakfast was good, but here the price-performance ratio was not quite right.
