Enjoyed a decent size rooms.

Sincerely, it was a perfectly pleasant stay for 1 night. The staff was consistently courteous and affable without being intrusive. The location of the property was nice, in the area which were booked.

It had spacious room with a nice bed for great nights sleep. The bathroom was newly renovated and spacious. The hotel had good location so close to a construction zone and Beaumont. All the staff members were cordial.

The hotel was in a good and comfy position very close to Texas, a construction zone and Mississippi.

Everything there were nice, including cleanfacilities. The rooms with a twin bed and WiFi, for example. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Peaceful convenient location, in the area which were booked.

Prompt and friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms with comfortable bed and spacious shower. Maintenance was always available. Location was peaceful and quiet. The front desk clerk was kind, helpful, and had a pleasant personality.

Nothing!!!! It was horrible and the staff was rude. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to the devil.

Un-fit

The beds were clean with plenty of towels, and toothbrushes were provided. Parking and security were both adequate. The coffee was great, perfect for starting the day!

Staff was amazing, with Victor going above and beyond to assist us. The room was spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two restrooms.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It felt like I was at a crack motel. Drug deals outside with roaches inside. Never again.

I saw an opportunity of a good price and went for it but will regret it for a very long time. The environment and facilities were substandard. This is not a family friendly hotel at all. If you do not mind : 1). Holes and yellow looking sheets 2). Stained, dirty, smelly pillows 3). Less than white color towels 4). Repungant smell- combination of smoke and cleaning product in the whole room 5). A dividing door between the room and the adjacent room with small locks 6). Bathroom tile ripped 7). Equipment less than up to date- TV probably from the 70s/ inflatable/air bed with holes (could not use for my son). 8). Woke up to a lady cursing, arguing, and screaming. Didn't add to the unsafe, uneasy feeling we felt. These are some of the most remarkable, noticeable issues we encountered during this stayed. We tried to cancelled but we could not since we were told there was a no refund policy. We paid before we saw the conditions of the room so it was too late to do anything even after speaking with the staff.

The check-in process was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to find from the highway. The room was spacious and had double bathrooms, which was great for our group of friends. The hotel appeared to be under construction due to a recent hurricane, but progress was being made.

Felt good, no complaints.
