  Great town and good location. The hotel was very clean, two towers separated across a block long lobby and everyone we encountered on the staff were friendly, efficient and courteous. The rooms we got were very nice and the carribean bar was awesome.

  The Italian restaurant in town was excellent and the pool area was fabulous. Overall, my stay here was great and staff were helpful. Our room was very nice and our meal was hot and delicious. The facility was clean and quiet.

  Adequate area to enjoy time in, the hotel staff are polite and efficient, every aspect of service could not have been better. Rooms are updated and lombardi Restaurant is great.

  Great location, very clean hotel and the staff on the day of the event were extremely helpful. The room was an average room for the price, nothing excellent and all meals were included due to the large size of the conference. The pool was good.

  All the equipment in the fitness area had a nice sweat shine to and felt sticky, absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever been to, the staff is also very helpful.

  Nice location, a wonderful hotel and great Wedding Reception Venue. The service was friendly, our catering manager was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. The food was amazing.

  Great hotel staff, good Service and the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast the next morning at the orchard was delicious.

  Overall we would not stay again especially for the price we paid, great service and hot tub was scheduled for a maintenance on a Friday of Thanksgiving. The food was very tasty and like well by all, the pool and whirlpool were clean and nice.

  Excellent hotel, absolutely amazing service and front desk stated only dbl bed rooms available. Bartender very nice in sports bar and great food. Very helpful on selection of wine, spacious pool.

  Upscale, quiet hotel in the heart of Appleton and very professional staff. Awesome beds and pillows, excellent food, service, and drinks. Great steaks and great wines.

  Unfair charge for local calls, rude manager.

  Hotel staff were pleasant adn accomodating, rooms were clean and quiet, the Lombardi restaurant was fantastic as was the Clubhouse bar and grill.
