The building had a modern feel to it and parking was easy. The location was perfect for a city break, being close to a number of attractions. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent, providing a much-needed refreshment after a long day of exploring.

The hotel fell short in terms of cleanliness. The towels were worn and had holes in them and there was a strange, damp smell in the room that made it seem untrustworthy.

During check-in, there was a minor issue with the reservation not reflecting the correct number of guests, resulting in an extra fee. It was quickly resolved with the helpful staff.

We stayed at a hotel near a shopping center, the Toluca volcano and the international airport. The location was very convenient with nearby restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The hotel staff was helpful and the Wifi was strong. The breakfast was included in the price and the price was reasonable. It had a pool and a playground and the front desk was available all night.

Although the pool was on the smaller side and could sometimes feel crowded, the gym was enjoyable to use. The free breakfast provided was a nice touch, but I would suggest avoiding paying for food in the restaurant as it could be hit or miss.
