Comfy and easy hip new hotel location short walk to many restaurants, Sioux City, and stores and restaurants. Well laid out and reasonably priced rooms with the coffee pot and a wheelchair accessible shower, for instance.

Appreciated my very comfortable stay on a road trip. The beds were quiet and overall the room was huge & updated. Its location was marvellous and easy, really close to the shopping areas as well as Sioux City, Iowa.

The twin room was huge, modern, and had a clean bathroom. The staff was very polite and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The hotel was clean and spacious. We had a modern queen room with an incredibly comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, right next to shopping areas, stores, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

My reasonably priced and brand-new room came with heater, a new carpet, a wheelchair accessible shower. Efficient staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The location was comfortable, within a close distance from Southern Hills Mall;))

The room here was super clean and quite spacious, with a coffee maker and a shower that was easy to access for wheelchair users. The breakfast spread was really nice. 👌 On top of that, having a microwave, tea and coffee supplies, and a fridge in the room was a major bonus.
