The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, fast food spots, a ski slope, opera, and the orchestra. The room was nice with a fridge, and the staff were awesome. The service was excellent and the heated pool was a nice touch.

For the price, this was a great hotel... much better than expected. They were very busy when we were there, but the staff was great in meeting our needs.

There were just a couple little things that could have been attended to... a broken dead bolt latch, an air conditioner with issues... understandable that they couldn't get to it with the crowds, but frustrating to deal with.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was fine.

The room at the hotel was incredibly comfortable with amenities like free weights and a fridge. The location of the property is marvelous, being next to Mall of America, Starbucks, Perkins, Burnesville Mall. We enjoyed having lunch at Dairy Queen, which is conveniently close by.
