I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, right on the lakeside boardwalk, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The service at this hotel is exceptional, with friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room I stayed in was spacious with a separate seating area and a large covered terrace that overlooked a beautifully designed walled garden. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a built-in fridge with cold drinks and the ability to make coffee on the terrace. The hotel also offered a variety of breakfast menus, each of which felt like a buffet spread. I especially loved lounging by the pool, and the fact that there was an indoor pool for rainy days was a bonus. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly memorable.

I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The staff was friendly, the premises and room were impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed at the hotel in the off season, Brissago was pretty dead at night. However the kids loved the indoor pool and the location was perfect because we had our car, thus it was an easy commute to Locarno and Ascona.

The spacious room with large balcony and comfortable for 3 people. The option of indoor and outdoor pools. Great breakfast with various menu options. Friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent location near the lake.

to leave the Hotel (departure) up to 11. a.m. is much to early. And this on Sunday morning - not very kind.

The hotel is located right on the beautiful lake promenade. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had plenty of natural light, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the coffee was delicious. Free parking was available.

We recently spent Christmas at a hotel near Lago Maggiore and loved the beautiful views and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and we appreciated the free drinks in our room. The hotel's location near the boat dock made it easy to explore the area, and we enjoyed hopping aboard and visiting nearby towns and islands.

We found the hotel to be quite expensive and not easy on the budget for a longer stay. the lack of air conditioning could be a problem during hotter seasons.
