Very amiable staff, hot breakfast, had a really really nice stay overall on holidays. Its location was convenient and perfect, in the city center.

peaceful central location and friendly efficient staff. 0.5 miles from the airport. a flat-screen tv with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe in the room and the amazing bed.

The breakfast was savoury and good hot with gluten free options, those wonderful Portuguese pastries, hot offerings, and the restaurant was very clean. The location was reasonable - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. We visited Paju, based next to the hotel, had dinner there.

Perfect and spotlessly clean hotel, magnificent views of the cathedral. Efficient check-in, reasonably priced and peaceful location near to a cocktail bar, touristic attractions and subway stations and the local Cafe / bars. Local food in the restaurants such as Paodock, located 5 min away.

Its rooms are well-appointed and brand-new with balcony and a very good breakfast plus fridge for a very nice stay. I loved the staff, they are friendly efficient.

The property offers fair prices. It is an enchanting and nice property located in Cedofeita district so close to the restaurant, public transport, and a cocktail bar. The place has marvellous location by the river in the old Town. All in all they offer fantastic service.

Location: the hotel was very close to supermarkets/restaurants/attractions and the Ribeira very easy. Soup reastaurant Boa Ideia cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

We had a lovely stay at a modern hotel in Porto. The recently renovated room had a beautiful bathroom with an excellent shower. The buffet breakfast was impressive, and the chandeliers in the lobby were very impressive. I will recommend this hotel.

The double room was stylish for' extra' coffee pods, the bed was very big. The location was top in the residential area.

Lacking of free parking and the parking outside was also not free. The location of the hotel is in a very dark streets and the build in front was abandoned. Close to city center but only by car, about 10 minutes. The breakfast was very fresh but not very options.

The room is confy and spacious, the hotel is quiet.

The staff is disrespectful to say the least. They ask id for both of the occupants of the room which is harassment. The parking option only has a daily fee, not an hourly one. Its such a shame that staff kills completely such a otherwise wonderful hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Porto and had a great experience. The room I stayed in was extra large and impeccably clean. The buffet breakfast included in the price was excellent, with a wide range of choices and high-quality food. The hotel's location was also ideal for me, as I enjoy walking and it was only a 20-minute walk from the town centre. The hotel's bar had a good atmosphere, and the barman was extremely helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return soon!

Although my stay at the hotel was mostly positive, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. the hotel ordered a taxi for us, but it turned out to be an unregistered taxi that tried to overcharge us.
